Training With Your Own Virtual Personal Trainer

Pregnant? New Mom? Just had a baby? I want to get fit and I feel like myself again!

Whatever the scenario may be, and whatever state you are, I invite you to get in shape, working with your own virtual personal trainer.

Over the next six months I will appreciate and care for a small "club" of 50 pregnant women and new mothers who tested the new and improved version of our FREE virtual personal trainer - who follow their own measurement programs exercise and part of a community of like-minded mothers in their fitness journeys.

I will be active on the Facebook page and Twitter Moms Community Ready Steady New for you personally favor. I'm here to give you guidance, motivation, prods be active, and answers to your questions - just ask and I'll do what I can to help you become an outstanding example of successful fitness!

I thought I would share some of the most common questions that new members ask me, but please ask all others who have in the comments below or on Twitter or Facebook, and I promise to get back to you quickly.

How I can join the club and start my virtual personal trainer?

You sign up and if you are in the top 50 who qualify will receive a complimentary subscription to the virtual personal trainer, in exchange for sharing your experience with us and your community (if you're reading this after all spaces are full you can register for a monthly subscription option).

Activate your account and tell your coach about yourself - your preferences pregnancy, childbirth, health, fitness, lifestyle, etc. Based on your consultation, your trainer will create an exercise program for you, at your own pace. The program is designed for you and may include recommendations for pregnancy exercise; physical activity early motherhood (just after birth that focus on caring for yourself and do an activity with no problems before starting the exercise) or more advanced training sessions.

Ready Steady Mums how the progress of my program?

You follow the video instructions for your sessions and coach say how as you work through them. Your coach will continue to ask questions and constantly adapt your program as you go. You control a customized combination of sessions stepping all the way to the full postnatal fitness.

Where I can make my program?

Anywhere! At the park, at home, at the gym, on the racetrack ... Even in your chair or lie on your bed if that's your preference!

Our research and testimonies of the members suggested more motivating and fun is to join or create a group Socialcise and exercise with other members of the stable local moms Ready option.

How long does it take to get my stomach again?

It usually takes about six months mothers give birth to progress through all levels Ready Steady Mums back to full fitness. The number and orientation sessions at each level depends on what your trainer assesses to be good for you. When getting your program, which has regained control of the base and be prepared for the current year (for example, the explosion of DVD workouts).

What if I had a c-section?

You tailor your program trainer, even providing special exercises safely find their deep abdominal muscles after cesarean - at the right time and pace of your personal situation. You can continue working with your virtual personal trainer if you had a cesarean section, but the exercises will be softer, focused on helping the recovery from surgery.
